The location is good, close to major attractions. The reception staff were very helpful (i appreciated their assistance). Cleanliness was maintained with daily room service.
The room I stayed in was very small. It barely had enough room for two adults to move around comfortably (maneuvering and storing luggage was a challenge). There were light sensors in the room that could not be switched off. Any movement during the night would turn the lights on, disrupting sleep.

The location worked great because it was walkable from Penn Station. I found an easy walk to Bryant Park, Rockefeller Plaza and Times Square. The hotel was economical for my last-minute need without overspending. I liked that the hotel has dental kits available .
The breakfast was very limited to dry bread and coffee.

Checking in was simple, and staffs were nice. The hotel location allowed easy walk to various tourist spots. The room had convenient amenities, and the shower provided hot water with great pressure. I was able to enjoy coffee in the lobby, and the staff were helpful.
I notice slight dust accumulation in less accessible areas of the room.
